Our practice is led by Mr. João António Louro (B.A., LLB.), a highly experienced conveyancing specialist who previously served as a senior lecturer in Conveyancing and Notarial Practice at the Law Society of South Africa for approximately ten years.

Mr. Louro has lectured attorneys and conveyancing secretaries in both the theoretical and practical aspects of conveyancing, contributing to the professional development of practitioners within the field.

Alongside him, Mr. Shirishkumar Jivan Kalianjee (B.A. (Law), B.Proc.), a director with more than three decades of legal experience, brings deep expertise in commercial law, insolvency matters, and family law. His practical insight and steady approach have guided many clients through complex legal situations.

Mrs. Christina Teixeira (LLB), a candidate attorney, began her career in the legal field in 2012 as a legal secretary. Inspired by her work in the profession, she commenced her legal studies through the University of South Africa (UNISA) while continuing to work full-time.

Balancing her studies with professional experience in both the legal and corporate environments, Christina completed her LL.B. degree in 2022 and began her articles of clerkship in 2023. Her journey through the profession has provided her with valuable practical insight and a strong understanding of the legal process, which she brings to her work with diligence, care, and a forward-thinking approach.

Our firm is also supported by a dedicated team of administrative and conveyancing staff who form an integral part of our practice.

All our support staff have been with the firm for years, with our longest-serving staff member having been part of the practice for 30 years. This continuity ensures consistency, institutional knowledge, and the personalised service that our clients have come to value.
